Antico Cilento is an artisan distillery that for decades has produced liqueurs in the Campania region and in Italy.
The story of our limoncello originates from a visit by a dear friend of Sorrento who gave us his limoncello and his personal recipe. We started producing lemon liquor for personal use, using the lemons of the Cilento Coast, which, exposed to the same sun and climate of the nearby Amalfi Coast, were well suited for this purpose.

The result was a lmoncello with even more intense flavor than the original recipe! Initially we gave it for present to friends and relatives and only later we decided to opening up a real production business. With the old recipes of the past and the natural ingredients that the Cilento coast give us we started to make liquors  such as Fig Liqueur, Amaro Cilentano, Licorice and many others. Today, Cilento Antico produces a wide range of liqueurs, grappas and cream liquors.
